California Licensed Clinical Pharmacist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Formulary Pharmacist who will define and develop formularies for various lines of business.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop drug product reviews and formulary recommendations based on drug use trends and literature
• Analyze pharmacy costs and coordinate the development of appropriate use protocols and guidelines
• Provide clinical guidance and support to pharmacy technicians and assist with the Pharmacy & Therapeutic Committee review process

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (PharmD, MS) in pharmacy
• 3+ years of managed care pharmacy or pharmacy residency program experience
• Current, valid, and unrestricted state's Pharmacist license
