California Licensed Clinical Pharmacist

Job Summary

Providing integrated support to patients and physicians, the full-time California Licensed Clinical Pharmacist will conduct comprehensive clinical reviews, lead daily workflow, and deliver direct clinical interventions in a remote capacity while focusing on improving medication adherence and patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical reviews and recommend evidence-based therapeutic adjustments for oncology and specialty disease states
• Lead daily workflow, ensure regulatory compliance, and oversee support staff to resolve insurance and authorization barriers
• Deliver direct clinical interventions and contribute to protocol development and research in collaboration with healthcare teams

Required qualifications

• Hold a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
• Must be a licensed pharmacist in California
• 1+ years of experience as a clinical pharmacist (preferred)
• Strong organizational and technical skills
• Demonstrated empathy and a team-first mindset
