California Licensed Clinical Pharmacist

Job Summary

To support the development of formularies across various business lines, the full-time California Licensed Clinical Pharmacist will define and develop standard and custom formularies, analyze pharmacy costs, and provide clinical guidance, all while working remotely from 8 AM to 5 PM PST, Monday through Friday.

Key responsibilities

• Develop drug product reviews and formulary recommendations by assessing drug use trends and new drug releases
• Analyze pharmacy cost of care and coordinate the development of appropriate use protocols and guidelines
• Set criteria for medication analysis and coordinate reports to clients while meeting regulatory reporting requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (PharmD., M.S) in pharmacy
• 3+ years of combined managed care pharmacy or pharmacy residency program experience
• Current state's Pharmacist license with no restrictions
