Job Summary
A company is looking for a Clinical Program Manager RN - Full-time - REMOTE.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the alignment and improvement of divisional length of stay for designated patient populations
- Act as a liaison with providers and Care Coordination teams to facilitate safe discharge plans
- Ensure transitions to appropriate levels of care for patients
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Nursing
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- California Registered Nurse License upon hire
- 3 years of experience in Utilization Management
- Experience with InterQual and MCG guidelines
