Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the alignment and improvement of patient length of stay for designated populations
- Serve as a liaison with providers and Care Coordination teams for effective discharge planning
- Develop reporting tools for information sharing between division and ministry teams
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Nursing
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- California Registered Nurse License upon hire
- 3 years of experience in Utilization Management
- Experience with InterQual and MCG guidelines
