California Licensed Clinical Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Program Manager to provide clinical leadership and program oversight for its behavioral health team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day clinical and administrative oversight for staff and program operations
• Supervise licensed and non-licensed therapists, including performance management and staff development
• Conduct ongoing training for therapists and participate in quality assurance and improvement activities

Qualifications

• Active California BBS license required: LMFT or LCSW
• Minimum of 2 years of licensed clinical experience
• Prior management or clinical leadership experience required
• Completion of a BBS-approved supervision course preferred or required if providing supervision
• Strong understanding of clinical documentation and compliance processes
