Job Summary

To support a mission-driven team transforming senior mental health care, a California Licensed Clinical Psychologist will provide exceptional evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth in a full-time remote position, focusing on personalized treatment plans and client assessments.

Key responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth, committing to at least 15 hours per week
• Conduct clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans while monitoring client progress
• Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with company policies, assisted by AI-powered tools

Required qualifications

• California Licensed Clinical Psychologist (Psy.D. or Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology)
• Experience working with older adults strongly preferred
• Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) and delivering therapy via telehealth
• Ability to support the team on a part-time or full-time basis (minimum of 15 hours per week)
