Job Summary

To support a mission-driven team transforming senior mental health care, the full-time California Licensed Clinical Psychologist will provide evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth, focusing on personalized treatment plans and maintaining compliance with documentation standards in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth for at least 15 hours per week
• Conduct clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans while monitoring client progress
• Participate in regular team meetings to ensure best practices and support clients through life transitions

Required qualifications

• California Licensed Clinical Psychologist (Psy.D. or Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology)
• Experience working with older adults strongly preferred
• Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) and delivering therapy via telehealth
• Availability to support the team on a part-time or full-time basis (at least 15 hours per week)
