Job Summary

To support a growing mental health program, a California Licensed Clinical Psychologist will provide direct member support and oversee AI-assisted interactions, working full-time in a remote environment to enhance mental wellness through evidence-based care.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct clinical intake calls to assess member needs and program fit
• Oversee AI-supported interactions to ensure clinical quality and safety
• Monitor member progress using measurement-based care tools and document care in compliance with standards

Required qualifications

• PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology or Counseling Psychology
• Current, unrestricted license to practice psychology independently in California
• PSYPACT eligibility or equivalent licensure
• Strong background in evidence-based therapeutic approaches (CBT, ACT, DBT)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving start-up environment
