Job Summary
To support a growing mental health program, a California Licensed Clinical Psychologist will provide direct member support and oversee AI-assisted interactions, working full-time in a remote environment to enhance mental wellness through evidence-based care.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct clinical intake calls to assess member needs and program fit
- Oversee AI-supported interactions to ensure clinical quality and safety
- Monitor member progress using measurement-based care tools and document care in compliance with standards
Required qualifications
- PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology or Counseling Psychology
- Current, unrestricted license to practice psychology independently in California
- PSYPACT eligibility or equivalent licensure
- Strong background in evidence-based therapeutic approaches (CBT, ACT, DBT)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving start-up environment
