California Licensed Clinical Quality Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager Clinical Quality Improvements to lead quality improvement initiatives within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple large-scale quality improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with departments, health plans, and providers to develop and monitor quality improvement plans
• Perform data analysis to drive actions based on insights and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• CA Clinical licensure (RN, LVN, LCSW, NP, PA)
• 5 years of Quality Management experience in a managed care setting
• 5 years of leadership experience overseeing clinical and non-clinical quality management staff
• 3 years of experience with HEDIS measures reporting and CMS Stars
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in health sciences or a related field
