California Licensed Clinical Quality Supervisor
Job Summary
Seeking a California Licensed Clinical Quality Supervisor, this full-time remote position will manage a caseload of pediatric vIOP clients while providing clinical supervision and oversight to ASW therapists, ensuring culturally responsive care and quality treatment delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a caseload of vIOP clients and conduct individual, family, and group sessions
- Provide clinical quality oversight and mentoring to vIOP ASW therapists, including performance feedback and quality assurance reviews
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of vIOP ASW therapists while leading clinical consultations and team meetings
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in clinical social work (LCSW) from an accredited program
- Current unrestricted license to practice in California
- 5+ years of postgraduate clinical experience in high acuity settings
- 2+ years of experience in clinical supervision and training of evidence-based therapies
- Experience with video therapy and providing supervision via telehealth platforms
