California Licensed Clinical Quality Supervisor
Job Summary
Seeking a California Licensed Clinical Quality Supervisor, this full-time remote position will manage a caseload of pediatric virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (vIOP) clients while providing clinical supervision and oversight to Associate Social Worker therapists, ensuring high-quality, culturally responsive care.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a caseload of vIOP clients and conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions
- Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to vIOP ASW therapists, including performance feedback and quality assurance reviews
- Support the recruitment, onboarding, and training of vIOP ASW therapists while leading clinical consultation meetings
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in social work (LCSW) from an accredited program
- Current unrestricted California license to practice
- 5+ years of postgraduate clinical experience in high acuity settings
- 2+ years of experience in clinical supervision and training of evidence-based therapies
- Experience in providing culturally responsive care and working with diverse client backgrounds
