Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Recruiter to source, screen, hire, and retain qualified healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador throughout the recruitment process
• Conduct phone interviews and schedule in-person interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain communication with scheduling supervisors and hiring managers regarding recruitment activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Minimum 4 years of related recruiting and interviewing experience required
• Experience in Home Care and nurse recruitment preferred
• In-depth knowledge of Employment Laws on Federal/State level preferred
