Job Summary

A company is looking for a Group Clinical Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities

• Provides full-cycle recruitment efforts including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates
• Develops recruitment strategies and maintains relationships with hiring managers to meet staffing needs
• Represents the organization at job fairs and networking events to attract quality candidates

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in clinical healthcare
• 1-2 years of high-volume recruitment experience for RN, LPN, and Social Worker positions preferred
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably ICIMS
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills
