Job Summary

A company is looking for a Group Clinical Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide full-cycle recruitment efforts including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
• Develop recruitment strategies and maintain relationships with hiring managers and HR departments
• Represent facilities at job fairs and other recruitment events while keeping up with local recruiting trends

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, particularly in clinical healthcare
• 1-2 years of high-volume recruitment experience for RN, LPN, and Social Worker positions preferred
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably ICIMS
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and possess excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
