California Licensed Clinical RN Specialist
Job Summary
Providing clinical support to the Parenteral Services team, the full-time California Licensed Clinical RN Specialist will coordinate care, assist with complex patient management, and serve as a clinical resource for nursing staff in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a clinical resource for nurses managing patients receiving TPN and other parenteral therapies
- Assist with the development and review of nursing plans of care and support clinical decision-making
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective patient transitions and care coordination
Required qualifications
- Strong knowledge of TPN preparation, administration, and infection control practices
- Expertise in TPN laboratory monitoring guidelines and clinical parameters
- Proficient in managing and troubleshooting Central Lines and PICC lines
- Valid driver's license with the ability to travel within assigned territory
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and digital tools
