Job Summary
To support clinical trials, the remote Associate Clinical SAS Programmer/Junior Statistician will develop and validate SAS programs for dataset creation, perform statistical analyses, and ensure compliance with industry standards while collaborating with clinical research staff.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, validate, and maintain SAS programs to create SDTM and ADaM datasets from raw clinical databases
- Program, test, and validate Tables, Listings, and Figures (TFLs) for various reporting needs, including Clinical Study Reports and publications
- Ensure compliance with CDISC standards and perform quality control through independent double-programming of datasets
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a science or health-related field
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in clinical research, particularly with SAS programming
- Proficiency in SAS, including Base SAS, SAS/STAT, and SAS/Macro facility
- Hands-on experience with CDISC standards (SDTM/ADaM) and familiarity with electronic data capture systems
- Solid understanding of core biostatistical methods and experience in cardiovascular medical device clinical research is a plus
