California Licensed Clinical Services Director

Job Summary

Providing support and education for nursing clinical programs, the full-time California Licensed Clinical Services Director will develop, implement, and monitor clinical programs focused on Infection Control and Disease Prevention while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and oversee clinical programs to ensure compliance with Nursing Standards of Care and State and Federal regulations
• Assist facilities in responding to disease outbreaks and ensure adherence to Medicare and Medicaid licensure requirements
• Conduct training sessions and meetings for facility staff to enhance clinical practices and improve CMS 5-star ratings

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent; Master's Degree in Nursing preferred
• 20+ years of clinical and management experience, with preferred experience in MDS certification or Risk Management
• Active and in good standing Professional License with the State Board of Nursing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products
• Experience with CMS/OIG surveys and legal nurse consulting preferred
