California Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Job Summary

To support a Maternal Health Clinic, the full-time California Licensed Clinical Social Worker will provide comprehensive assessments, develop psychosocial treatment plans, and coordinate care for patients dealing with mental health challenges, working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for patients and their families
• Provide ongoing psychosocial support and education on health care options
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve treatment goals and may facilitate support groups

Required qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work or related field required
• LCSW - Licensed Clinical Social Worker in good standing in California
• Four years of experience in Social Work within an acute healthcare system
• Experience with clinical assessments and crisis intervention
• Knowledge of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and experience with culturally diverse clients
