California Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Job Summary

To support a transformative mental healthcare team, the full-time California Licensed Clinical Social Worker will establish rapport with patients, diagnose and treat mental health disorders, and create individualized treatment plans while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Establish positive, trusting rapport with patients
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders, creating individualized treatment plans
• Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months in a clinical setting after becoming fully licensed
• Master's Level Degree or higher in related fields
• Full, unencumbered LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC, or Psychologist license
• Electronic Health Record (EHR) proficiency, with familiarity in NextGen highly desirable
• Ability to work as a team member and maintain professional licensure throughout employment
