California Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Job Summary

Joining a mission-driven clinical team, the full-time California Licensed Clinical Social Worker will provide CBT-based telehealth treatment to members with behavioral health conditions, conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct structured clinical intakes and assessments
• Develop individualized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based frameworks
• Deliver CBT and Motivational Interviewing within a structured treatment model

Required qualifications

• Active LCSW license in good standing in California
• Clinical experience with behavioral health conditions or strong interest in specializing in behavioral addictions
• Competency in CBT; experience with Motivational Interviewing preferred
• Comfortable with structured assessment tools and outcome monitoring
• Ability to manage a telehealth caseload independently while collaborating with a distributed clinical team
