California Licensed Clinical Specialist
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Clinical Service Specialist to provide technical support in customer management.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert clinical products and technical assistance to customers using medical device systems
- Accurately log product complaints and assist with customer satisfaction issues
- Mentor and coach Call Center Customer Service Representatives and support new product releases
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a STEM-related field or four years of relevant professional work/military experience
- Minimum of 4+ years of clinical or technical work experience in a patient care or hospital environment
- Experience with complex technical systems, preferably in the Electrophysiology/Catheter Lab or EP/Cardiovascular Device Industry
- Advanced clinical knowledge of cardiac ablation and imaging technologies
- CEPS (IBHRE), RCES/RCIS certification preferred
