Job Summary
To support a collaborative clinical community, the part-time Contracted Clinical Supervisor will provide mentorship and consultation for clinicians specializing in couples therapy, with responsibilities including facilitating consultation groups and individual supervision, all conducted remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate a monthly couples-specific consultation group for clinicians
- Provide individual supervision to associate clinicians in accordance with California licensing requirements
- Offer mentorship and guidance related to clinical care, ethics, and professional development
Required qualifications
- Active California license as an LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Licensed Psychologist in good standing
- Meets California requirements to provide clinical supervision to associate clinicians
- Advanced training and experience in couples therapy
- Clinical supervision or consultation experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment with experience in complex cases and ethics
