Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all clinical aspects of treatment for patients, including assessment, treatment plan development, and implementation
• Provide ongoing coaching and training to behavioral technicians and ensure treatment adherence
• Collaborate with caregivers and other professionals to coordinate care and evaluate patient progress

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field
• Certification as a behavior analyst from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Reliable means of transportation with proof of auto insurance
• Must pass tuberculosis test
