Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Supervisor to oversee and guide supervisees in a mental health setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and support to AMFT, ACSWs, and APCCs while monitoring their clinical work
• Encourage employee development and conduct performance evaluations to enhance professional growth
• Establish quality assurance measures and ensure compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD/PsyD in psychology, social work, or counseling
• Clinical Licensure (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PhD, PsyD) required
• Proven experience in clinical supervision within a healthcare or mental health setting
• Strong knowledge of clinical best practices and regulatory requirements
• Prior experience leading and managing employees and teams preferred
