Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to oversee clinical treatment for patients with autism spectrum disorder.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain treatment plans, ensuring adherence to treatment protocols
• Evaluate patients to identify skill deficits and strengths, and analyze challenging behaviors
• Provide ongoing coaching and training to behavioral technicians and collaborate with caregivers

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field
• Certification as a behavior analyst from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Reliable means of transportation with proof of auto insurance
• Must pass tuberculosis test
