Required Qualifications

• Active California licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW
• Eligibility to supervise associate therapists in California
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Experience in mental health treatment settings preferred
• Able to work independently while remaining collaborative with the team
