Job Summary
To support a growing mental health program, the part-time California Licensed Clinical Supervisor will train, supervise, and evaluate staff while maintaining compliance and fostering community partnerships, with a hybrid schedule of 4 hours on-site and 4 hours remote each week.
Key responsibilities
- Trains, supervises, evaluates, and disciplines assigned staff
- Provides ongoing in-service training and continuing education for recovery counselors and clinical staff
- Establishes and maintains relationships with county agencies and other resources to support client care
Required qualifications
- Master's degree or PhD in Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage, Family and Child Counseling from an accredited institution
- Four years of direct service experience with the mentally ill, preferably adults
- Two years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- California BBS licensed as a LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Psy.D required
- Two years of post-licensure experience preferred
