Job Summary

Providing real-time support for clinical escalations and patient safety, the full-time California Licensed Clinical Support Nurse will manage operational oversight, lead quality improvement initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational oversight for clinical escalations, patient safety concerns, and abnormal laboratory result workflows
• Lead patient safety and quality improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with clinical policies and regulatory requirements
• Own monthly operational KPIs and develop action plans to improve performance and operational consistency

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum three years of leadership experience
• Experience managing clinical escalations and patient safety events
• Demonstrated project management and process improvement experience
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
