Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Clinical Therapist in California.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic counseling services and develop treatment plans for young adults
• Document sessions and submit HIPAA compliant documentation using the electronic health record
• Communicate with other teams to support care continuation and adhere to documentation standards

Required Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Active State License in California; additional state licensures are a plus
• Experience in crisis intervention, safety planning, and working with at-risk populations
• Background in community mental health or college counseling environments
• Preferred: Licensed Clinical Psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology)
