Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Clinical Therapist (LCSW or LMFT).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy and conduct psychoeducational classes for adult clients in an outpatient pain clinic
• Perform assessments, treatment planning, and document client care in the EMR system
• Collaborate with the clinical team and participate in multi-disciplinary meetings to improve treatment outcomes

Required Qualifications

• California Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Experience in assessment and treatment of patients with chronic pain conditions
• Familiarity with Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and mindfulness-oriented interventions
• Trauma background with ability to perform EMDR is a plus
• Experience working with chronic pain/trauma populations is preferred
