California Licensed Clinical Therapist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Clinical Therapist to provide mental health counseling and treatment remotely in California.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish positive, trusting rapport with patients
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders, creating individualized treatment plans
• Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months in a clinical setting after obtaining full licensure
• Master's Level Degree or higher in a related field
• Full, unencumbered LMFT, LCSW, or Psychologist license required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus, but not required
• Proficiency in Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems is highly desirable
