Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Licensed Clinical Therapist (LCSW or LMFT).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy to adult clients in an outpatient pain clinic
• Perform assessment and treatment planning for an active caseload
• Document all client care in the EMR system and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards

Required Qualifications

• California Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Experience in assessment and treatment of patients with chronic pain conditions
• Experience with Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and mindfulness-oriented interventions
• Bilingual in Spanish
• Trauma background with the ability to do EMDR is a plus
