Job Summary

To support a growing mental health practice, the full-time California Licensed Clinical Therapist will develop meaningful relationships with patients via tele-therapy, define their own availability, and collaborate with a regional team for ongoing support and feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Provide tele-therapy services to help clients overcome mental health challenges
• Consult regularly with clinical directors and peers for guidance and support
• Engage with a collaborative care-team treatment model and participate in company events

Required qualifications

• California license as LPCC, LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, LCSW, LCP, or equivalent
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems for session documentation
• Comfortable using technology in a clinical setting
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
