Job Summary

To support a growing mental health practice, the full-time California Licensed Clinical Therapist will provide tele-therapy to clients, develop meaningful relationships, and collaborate with a clinical team while enjoying flexible scheduling and full administrative support.

Key responsibilities

• Develop meaningful relationships with patients via tele-therapy
• Consult regularly with a clinical director and regional team for support and feedback
• Utilize the Clinician Connect platform to connect with therapists nationwide

Required qualifications

• California licensure as LPCC, LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, LCSW, LCP, or equivalent
• Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Comfort with technology in everyday work
• A willingness to learn and adapt
