California Licensed Clinical Therapist

Job Summary

To support a growing mental health practice, the full-time California Licensed Clinical Therapist will develop meaningful relationships with patients through tele-therapy, consult with a clinical director and regional team for support, and enjoy flexible scheduling while receiving comprehensive administrative support.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain therapeutic relationships with clients via tele-therapy
• Consult regularly with clinical directors and regional teams for guidance and feedback
• Participate in company events and engage with a network of therapists across the country

Required qualifications

• California LPCC, LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, LCSW, LCP, or equivalent license to practice independently
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems for session documentation
• Comfortable using technology in a clinical setting
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a team-oriented environment
