California Licensed Clinical Therapist

Job Summary

To support a growing mental health practice, the full-time California Licensed Clinical Therapist will develop meaningful relationships with patients through tele-therapy, manage their own schedules, and collaborate with a supportive clinical team while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain therapeutic relationships with clients via tele-therapy
• Consult regularly with clinical directors and regional teams for guidance and feedback
• Utilize provided administrative support for credentialing, billing, and client intake

Required qualifications:

• Valid California license as LPCC, LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, LCSW, LCP, or equivalent
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems for session documentation
• Comfortable using technology in a clinical setting
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a collaborative environment
