Job Summary

To support a growing mental health practice, the full-time California Licensed Clinical Therapist will develop meaningful relationships with patients via tele-therapy, define their own schedules, and collaborate with a supportive clinical team while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain therapeutic relationships with clients through tele-therapy
• Consult regularly with clinical directors and regional teams for support and feedback
• Utilize WellQor's administrative support for credentialing, billing, and client intake

Required qualifications

• California licensure as LPCC, LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, LCSW, LCP, or equivalent
• Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Comfort with technology in a clinical setting
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
• A willingness to learn and grow within a collaborative team environment
