Job Summary

To support a growing mental health practice, the full-time California Licensed Clinical Therapist will develop meaningful relationships with patients through tele-therapy, define their own schedules, and collaborate with a supportive clinical team remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain therapeutic relationships with clients via tele-therapy
• Consult regularly with the clinical director and regional team for support and feedback
• Utilize WellQor's administrative support for credentialing, billing, and client intake

Required qualifications

• California licensure as LPCC, LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, LCSW, LCP, or equivalent
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Proficiency in using technology in a clinical setting
• Willingness to engage in continuous learning and professional development
