Job Summary

To support a growing mental health practice, the full-time California Licensed Clinical Therapist will develop meaningful relationships with patients via tele-therapy, define their own schedules, and collaborate with a clinical team for ongoing support and feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Provide tele-therapy to help clients overcome mental health challenges
• Consult regularly with a clinical director and regional team for guidance and support
• Utilize a customized EHR system for documenting sessions and managing client information

Required qualifications

• California license as LPCC, LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, LCSW, LCP, or equivalent
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Comfort with technology in a clinical setting
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new practices
