Job Summary
Providing psychological services to injured workers, the full-time California Licensed Clinical Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC) will deliver individual and group therapy remotely, utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities and collaborating with a multidisciplinary pain management team.
Key responsibilities
- Provide individual psychotherapy and conduct initial psychological assessments for adult injured workers
- Deliver evidence-based treatment modalities, including CBT, ACT, mindfulness, EMDR, and Brainspotting
- Coordinate care with the pain management team and complete all clinical documentation in a timely manner
Required qualifications
- Active California LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW license
- Active EMDR and/or Brainspotting certification (or willingness to obtain post-hire)
- Experience treating chronic pain, trauma, and PTSD populations
- Demonstrated ability to deliver Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy
- Familiarity with workers' compensation documentation is a plus
