California Licensed Clinical Therapist

Job Summary

To support a transformative mental healthcare initiative, a full-time California Licensed Clinical Therapist will establish trusting relationships with patients, diagnose and treat mental health disorders, and create individualized treatment plans while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Establish positive, trusting rapport with patients
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders, creating individualized treatment plans
• Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary

Required qualifications

• Master's Level Degree or higher in a related field
• Full, unencumbered LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC, or Psychologist license
• Minimum of 12 months of experience in a clinical setting after becoming fully licensed
• Electronic Health Record (EHR) proficiency, preferably with NextGen
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus but not required
