Job Summary

Offering a full-time remote opportunity for a California Licensed Clinical Therapist, the position focuses on establishing rapport with patients, diagnosing and treating mental health disorders, and creating individualized treatment plans while enjoying the benefits of administrative support and a collaborative team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Establish positive, trusting rapport with patients
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders while creating individualized treatment plans
• Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary

Required qualifications

• Master's Level Degree or higher in related fields
• Full, unencumbered LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC, or Psychologist license
• Minimum of 12 months experience in a clinical setting after obtaining licensure
• Proficiency in Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, with familiarity in NextGen preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus, but not required
