California Licensed Clinical Therapist
Job Summary
To support a transformative mental healthcare movement, a full-time California Licensed Clinical Therapist will establish trusting relationships with patients, diagnose and treat mental health disorders, and create individualized treatment plans while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Establish positive, trusting rapport with patients
- Diagnose and treat mental health disorders, creating individualized treatment plans
- Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 12 months in a clinical setting after becoming fully licensed
- Master's Level Degree or higher in related fields
- Full, unencumbered LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC, or Psychologist license
- Electronic Health Record (EHR) proficiency, with familiarity in NextGen preferred
- Superb organizational skills and ability to work cooperatively as a team member
