Job Summary

A company is looking for a Closer to provide escrow services for residential refinance, Home Equity, and Assumptions transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire real estate closing process, ensuring compliance with contracts and instructions
• Evaluate and select solutions for atypical problems while communicating complex information effectively
• Act as a resource for less experienced team members and perform other duties as assigned by management

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Typically requires 5+ years of related work experience
• Ability to work under limited supervision and modify work practices for efficiency
• Experience in managing compliance with real estate contracts and lender instructions
• Understanding of team integration to accomplish objectives
