Key Responsibilities

• Manage the loan closing pipeline and oversee document preparation
• Verify accuracy of loan files, fees, and compliance with regulations
• Prepare closing documents and coordinate with Settlement Agents to ensure timely funding

Required Qualifications

• Understanding of state and federal regulations for loan closings
• Experience with Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and Document Preparation Software
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• Knowledge of the mortgage banking industry and closing loans
• Proficiency with computer systems including MS Office
