Job Summary
Monitoring coding compliance and accuracy, the full-time California Licensed Coding Auditor will work remotely to oversee outpatient clinics, outpatient surgery, inpatient, and emergency accounts while ensuring adherence to Federal regulations and AMA coding guidelines.
Key responsibilities
- Audit and ensure coding compliance and accuracy across various account types
- Collaborate with team members to enhance medical record documentation
- Provide coding expertise for data reporting activities
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a related field
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- CCS certification required; RHIT or RHIA preferred
