Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collateral Review Appraiser.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review appraisal reports for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with standards and guidelines

Qualifications:

• Active Certified or Licensed Residential Appraiser with at least 10 years of experience in appraisal operations
• Proven expertise in handling high-volume appraisal escalations and delivering compliant resolutions
• In-depth knowledge of appraisal regulations, industry standards, and best practices
