California Licensed Collection Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Attorney to join their legal team, focusing on collection litigation.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in court and manage appearances across California
• Oversee, review, and approve pleadings and motions prepared by support staff
• Lead strategic case management and portfolio oversight from inception to resolution

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
• Active California Bar license required
• Minimum 3 years of consumer and/or commercial collection litigation experience
• Strong knowledge of FDCPA and Rosenthal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act
• Bilingual Spanish preferred; multi-state admission a plus
