Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Associate, Collections & Servicing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and collect on a portfolio of delinquent customer accounts through various communication channels
• Investigate delinquencies by collaborating with internal teams and negotiate payment arrangements
• Contribute to evolving collection strategies and improve recovery rates while adhering to company policies and regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, or equivalent experience with 5+ years in collections or a similar role
• Proven ability to negotiate and handle difficult conversations professionally
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a high volume of accounts independently
• Experience in in-depth investigations and problem-solving, particularly in complex situations
• Knowledge of FDCPA, Fair Debt Collection laws, UDAP, and FCRA
